I am just miserable.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Mallory, you can do this. Are you logging EVERYTHING you're eating? The only way you can really know if you're eating within your RDI (recommended daily intake) is if you log every bite. Good luck on your journey! 🌈🌈🌈

What where are you eating are you using? How many calories per day are you giving yourself? If you continue to eat less and less you will at some point start losing weight. Daily exercise?
