I am on weight watchers and doing the point system . Somedays it easy and not so easy .I am trying .Let you know on Wed . How good I did Or bad.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
