started a new diet today and training programme to try and train at least 5 days a week and have 1 binge day?
Ran today for 30 mins at a steady pace.
fingers crossed
165.3 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
