I missed out on 40 oz of my water because we went out, and didn't come home in time to drink it all by 7:30. Note to myself: take your gallon jug out with you so you can refill your water glass!

Yesterday, I tested almonds. I thought because of the water shortage, I would not lose any weight and therefore question my reaction to almonds. I had planned to repeat my Day 2 and re-test the almonds with my full quota of water taken. My husband would have been pissed because he's had two days of going vegan and was so looking forward to having his chicken on Day 3. So I'm glad it all worked out anyway.

I know I'm losing weight too fast. After today, I'm expected to lose about a half pound daily for the next 15 days. Then I can test bigger portions to see what and how much I can eat to slow down my weight loss.

My friendly list has been started with the almonds. Reactive list has nothing on it so far.

239.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
