One day after getting back on my low carb meal plan, I'm down 2-to-3 lbs. Heading in the right direction! It's definitely motivation to keep going.

PS. Anyone else tried the new Atkins meals (in a box). I've tried the Italian Sausage Primavera and also the Roast Turkey Tenders with Herb Gravy. They're pretty good! And for $4 a piece, not a terrible expense all things considered.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
