I have for the most part really stuck to this challenge. I am disappointed that I only lost about 3 lbs. but I swear my body changed. I am not stopping- I'll continue on with the November challege.

Don't Forget when you deit and excersise your bady turns fat to mussel so your body will start to look different but the scale may not change. So keep it up your doing great
