The scale and I are not freinds... Measurements are slightly different but nothing major. I swear when I look in the mirror I look better. I don't know maybe instead of beer googles, I have some sort of diet googles! I feel so much better about myself and that is what really matters.

Try not to worry so much about the number. I know that is hard and it is something I struggle with everyday. What's important is how you feel and if you are feeling better about yourself then I would consider that success! Are the vegetable quiche cups you had for breakfast your own recipe? They sound good.

They are from the South Beach Diet. They are good. I make a big batch and freeze them so I can have them whenever I want.
