i've been trying to get into the gym and work out lots lately, i hate when it doesn't show on the scale!! my clothes are absolutely fitting looser, just need to see those numbers!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
