I'm going to start weighing in weekly and checking this site more often. My weight loss and gain has been like a yoyo for the last 2 years. Maybe this will help.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
