weighed in 4 hrs later than normal & ate a bagel first. might explain the 0.6lbs gained
160.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Your lucky it wasn't more. I'm usually up 4 or more pounds after eating and drinking. Always weigh the same time, same scale, same clothes for the most accurate gauge of weight loss.
