Mickey, Keep it up! I noticed that you had a McDonald's Strawberry Bananan Smoothie. Might I suggest a Starbuck Strawberry Banana Viannao Smoothie with 2% milk. It is only 10 calories more but it is better for you with 13 extra grams of protein and less carbs. It does have a bit more sodium (115 vs 40) if you are watching sodium but the protein makes up for it. Nutrionist and trainer tell me more protein to get muscles to repair and feel fuller longer. I try for more protein in the morning so I don't eat garbage all day. Good Luck! :)
