yay, broke 230 again (the first read said 226, but I rechecked and got 229 twice). my total calories seem to still be cming in under 2100 with this plan, so I'm wondering how much this is effectively about cutting out a meal and two grazing periods.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
