1819 kcal Fat: 57.73g | Prot: 141.69g | Carb: 206.29g.   Breakfast: Old-Fashioned Oats, Frozen Blueberries, silk almond milk unsweetned, eggs, flaxseed. Lunch: spinach, balsamic and basil viniagrette, gala apple, chicken breast boneless skinless, greek non fat yogurt. Dinner: lucerne mexican four chesse, mini farfalle, la mexicana mild salsa, 90% ground beef, steamfresh broccoli. Snacks/Other: swiss miss sensible sweets dies hot cocoa, vanilla no sugar added light ice cream, orville redenbacher's gourmet popping corn, coconut cashew quest bar, dymatize protein, frozen raspes safeway. more...
