didn't record last week which was flat. which is really the first week I didn't loose anything. I think it was more retaining of water and bloating from my sons bday party. this week I had a nice drop.
i have been this weight before but it's been a long time, and it took alot more agony and constant logging and worry to get there.
so far this VLCHF or keto style diet has been great. its actually not that hard to stick to. the LF was harder.
232.3 lb Lost so far: 65.7 lb.    Still to go: 52.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
