STill a bit frustrated at the lack of pounds lost. I have worked out 4-5 days last week, ate very well, and was sick but the scale has barely moved. I have eaten very well. I drank 1/2 a beer, but that's pretty much the worst of it.

I guess I need to stay consistent & I am thinking of kicking up the cardio and pushing the salad greens. I am going to cut out dairy - so no yogurt / milk and I think I am going to cut the bread as well to see what happens. I will still eat whole grain, just no bread.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
