STill a bit frustrated at the lack of pounds lost. I have worked out 4-5 days last week, ate very well, and was sick but the scale has barely moved. I have eaten very well. I drank 1/2 a beer, but that's pretty much the worst of it.
I guess I need to stay consistent & I am thinking of kicking up the cardio and pushing the salad greens. I am going to cut out dairy - so no yogurt / milk and I think I am going to cut the bread as well to see what happens. I will still eat whole grain, just no bread.

Starting my diet today. I will get a workout in tonight. Need to work out 5 days per week. I'm prepping food tonight - gonna get some chicken breasts! :) No drinking & No candy/ bad sugar / empty carbs. :)
Vacation is starting NOVEMBER 17TH!!!!

I feel really good! I am going to get another workout in today, but I feel like I hit part 1 of my 2 week goal! I am so proud of myself. :D Next week I'm going to aim to drink more water & eat more green veggies

Feeling Pretty good, but very tired. I am proud of myself for getting 4 days of workouts in so far. The next 2 days will be the biggest challenges not to blow it & eat bad &/or miss a workout since I will be going out w/ Jake - Amy & Josh. I'm gonna stick with it. I have to dig in & really watch what I eat.
I am really excited that I get to order a new short if I do well with my eating & workouts next week!

Feeling good! I'm on day 3 of my diet/ fitness journey! I'm doing a 3 month (90 Day) Program. It will consist of:
-Eating small, clean 5-6 meals per day
-Drinking 10+ glasses of H20 per day
- Getting at least 5 workouts in per week -> Lifting Wts, Cardio, & BBL video
-journaling / keeping track of food
-looking at inspiration daily & meditating on good health
-Setting small goals & rewards.
For week 1: If I lose 4 lbs by , I can by 7/22/12 (Sunday) I can buy a new shirt from victoria's secret!
