Difficult to keep even 80 percent raw. Only a couple another month to before the deadline to weigh in for the competition. Need to step it up and lose at a faster rate. Time to plan for some juicing.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
