Fallen off the wagon.... Been eating a hell lot of carbs, mostly because I'm kind of broke and couldnt afford the vegetables and fruit. Howver, I still been attending to gym regularly so even though i've been eating like shit at least I'm not gaining weight... I'm going to start the diet again today, but I cant promise myself I wont eat pasta or carbs, I dont know what to cook today. I'll see. But I have to go to the gym for cardio and bike machine at some time during the day. :) I'm not giving up ! It was my period week I guess ^_^ . I CAN DO THIS!
