I had to work to get enough Calories yesterday -- unfortunately Cookies brought me closer to my RDI! Why did I even bother? I should have had water instead!! I am thinking about dropping my RDI a bit, actually, as I am finding that having that extra room at the end of the day causes me to eat when I shouldn't, what I shouldn't, and when I don't need to!!

216.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find that planning what I am eating the day before is very helpful , I even plan my snacks . Hey it works for me :) About the cookie maybe you can plan those too ;)

Try some nuts, almonds or pistachios. They are high cal for a small amount and are very healthy :)
