very disappointing when you are so good over a weekend and even up the amount of physical movement you do (lots of gardening), to not lose any weight. i'm following the waterfall diet but not convinced yet that my water retention is any better.

overal it has been a good week as l've lost four or five pounds.

monday again so fingers crossed for a continued downward trend in the battle of the body 😂
155.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
