Ok so I don't know if there's something wrong with my scale of what. Is it even possible to lose over 2 pounds over night? I mean, I just realized that I didn't even consume 800 calories yesterday, but does that mean I lost so much weight? Idk what to believe anymore. Ugh.
128.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
