I can't get away from it. I am 195.6 right now...gained 8 pounds between December and early January. Realizing that, though I felt like I was in control of my eating, I was actually eating whenever and whatever I felt like.
This happens when I first start to working out. Its depressing to know that just 45 days ago, I was running a 5k under 30 minutes and now I'm not. How I feel and what I can do were so off-kilter since I got back on the horse. And the exercise makes me hungrier, so I eat more.
Today's run was much better. It still took 34 minutes, but I felt more in balance with my body. Its a good sign. I made great choices at the grocery store, and that's where it all starts for me. I've got my proteins, my veggies, and my avacados. Avacadoes (yummy!) my miracle diet food.
