Still doing well with my eating and exercising. I even got food out on Saturday and ordered less food. Haven't been snacking much, but when I did (once this week), I had a small portion.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
