Last few days b4 diet r always a killer !! I should know better ! Will be on a liquid diet for s few days and will see how it goes. Will then get back to normal diet and exercise again.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
