i have one formula that i learn from 5kg in 5 weeks kevin zahri ebook..the most important is you know the sum of calories per day that you should take if you want to MANTAIN your weight..but if you want to lose 1kg per week you must decrease 1100 calories in one day..how?maybe you can try his way by do exercise until it burn for 550 calories and skip some unimportant or unhealthy food until 550
