Getting strong again! lifting 3 to 4 days a week. Just started to do a little cardo for 20mins. for my heart! I hate cardo! Muscle has memories! Thank you Jesus for all you do!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
