1739 kcal Fat: 51.35g | Prot: 80.31g | Carb: 245.03g.   Breakfast: jimmy dean turkey sausage, Quaker instant grits, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: utz chips, brownie, wild rice, pasta salad, bbq sandwich. Dinner: fruitable, mott's applesauce, jenny craig salisbury steak. Snacks/Other: coke, yoplait light banana. more...
