Week 1
I am impressed of the results so far. All I have done is keep records of what I am eating and trying to stay under 2,500 cal per day. I lost 6lbs the first week? I am very happy so far. I have not done any exercising at all.
I am not hungry or tired. So I am happy. Looking forward for warmer weather so I can go out and ride my bike.
