Not doing to good! :(
304.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 124.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

Come on, you can do it. I have been struggling lately too. Too much stress right now. I gave myself a kick in the butt and this morning I ran 4 miles and did a strength training video. I also bought lots of fruits and salad stuff at the store. I am trying to stay away from processed foods. It's hard, but you can do it.

Hi, I've been struggling since I joined here but at least we are still here and keep trying. Don't ever give up. Ive just joined a walking challenge and am going to try and walk every day even if it is only 10 minutes, perhaps it will become a constant habit. Cheers, Maree
