Cant get below 220. Ugh, getting frustrated. Starting September 1, I will log ALL meals. Want to be 200 or below at the end of the year!
220.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 65.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I struggle myself. I would gain a pound or two and lose it. I stabilize and then lose a pound. It’s not easy. I have been over 200 for quite awhile. Slowly losing the weight. When I get under 200, I will celebrate.

I can definitely relate. Keeping track of my food is the only way I can succeed at the moment. Even then, it’s a struggle. We’re kicking it though😉

I hate hate hate having to log everything BUT it is the only thing I've seen that consistently helps. It's like money. You don't think that the $3 here $5 there is much until you do a large scale budget review and realize you blew $250/month you didn't mean to. Calories are the same. Commit to tracking absolutely everything and you'll pay more attention and figure out where you're stalling out. You can do it. Also are you drinking enough water. That helps both in terms of making sure you're not retaining fluids and in flushing out what you're loosing.
