Weighed myself today and I'm going in the wrong direction! I'm up two more pounds. I looked at myself over the weekend and feel like my stomach is bigger. I'm uncomfortable in my jeans. With all that, I was still feeling no motivation to work out and eat better. Food and "treats" make me happy and being cozy, on the couch, and in my sweats makes me happy. However, today something made me want to really try and lose the weight. I worked out on the elliptical and did Level 1 of my Jillian Michaels DVD. My baby's first birthday is in one month and I really want to stick with this and see how much I'm done on her birthday. Fingers crossed!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
