Hey everyone! I have been off the site and off of my goal for a long time now. I think I want to try it again. What are my goals? Take my multi-vitamin and flax seed daily. Do Jorge Cruz's 8 minutes in the morning and go to the gym or walk after school. So there it is. I figure if I write it and believe it I too can achieve it!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
