Noticing that I’m not as hungry as I used to be. Never experienced the “Keto flu” maybe because I drink some bone broth in the afternoon. Not ready to rock the speedo yet but feeling good about my results.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

That is wonderful. Having hunger go down is a sign of ketosis. And yes that flu hits people differently for sure. Good job!

Keto on! and yes, drinking bone broth gives you a sodium supplement, which does prevent the "keto flu". I also use LiteSalt and NoSalt, to supplement potassium. Here's an article that discusses Na and K needs in keto: https://blog.virtahealth.com/sodium-potassium-magnesium-ketogenic-diet/
