Up again, but it was an afternoon weight and last time was a morning weight. Things are going well. I have been trying to work out more. My clothes are fitting differently even if I haven't "lost" a lot. I think that's a good sign.
317.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 147.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
