So far the supplements I'm taking really seem to be helping me get back on track. I've lost 2lbs in 2 days so far. Of course at this point its likely all mostly water weight but at least I'm pointed in the right direction.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
