Well can't exercise so didn't pass that challenge this week but am finally down a pound since TOM messed things up! That's ok at this rate I'll be gaining next week and on TOM the week after!
265.5 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
