I have been on keto for 4 weeks. this week has been the best week, where I know what I'm doing. the past few days I have been only eating 2 meals...and feeling very energetic.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
