Have been watching points and filling up on zero point foods for snacks. Last night I had some leftover shrimp and a scoop of a corn salad instead of ice cream, cookies, or buttered popcorn.
265.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 18.2 lb a week
