trying to listen to hunger..dont know how, yet. thinking I'm always hungry. dont like the feeling I get when FULL, either. will maintain healthy attitude and press forward, nourishing with the best I can do, with what's available. spouse pushes food on me and gets upset if I dont want anything. this is difficult but not I impossible as I resist what he does which makes me feel sick, and I will continue on my OWN diet, food intake, etc. I am thinking about keeping a paper log, as well, since getting online isn't always possible. keeping things a secret is hard, when someone 'breathes down your neck' I'm smiling!!!! that sure helps!
