wondering how I will feel at a lower weight, I remind myself that the goal is still to feel healthy. for me and for others I know this means staying strong. I have work to do yet. in this life. reducing my stress, even that put upon me by less than healthy feeling in my body, so I want to change my daily routine and it is a goal for this goalie girl, lol. I am not sure why I said that as my name. 😁 also hope you get what I mean. 😊
167.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
