had medium sized cooked shell pasta for about three meals, and think it contributed to my gain. also having hard time with stress and think carbs are only thing that fills me, SOMETIMES. I added cooked hamburger and a jar meat flavored spaghetti sauce. These 3 times of pasta were over 3 days. Funny thing is that I don't feel bloated or anything and my asthma seems okay. Just so you know, I have allergies to all poultry products 🐥🐥😊
170.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
