The 180's are taunting me now. It's okay though. I'll get there.

Gotta work fast today. So much to do before this trip.

My precious neighbors are always bringing us plates of homemade cookies. I can't say no, so I took them in the house and had just one bite. It can be done! I will NOT have another bite. I WILL NOT. Hubs will take them to his office tomorrow morning.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you Coco! Its so hard when you have well meaing people that just don't get it. Great solution and hubs office will be happy. Remember to breathe as you're getting ready to leave. :)
