So happy to have a down day after working out so much yesterday! Even though I ate on track, I thought surely I would be up from exercise. I’m motivated to work out a lot today too, as well as stay on track with my eating. Losing nearly 2 pounds in one day is quite motivating! I’m looking forward to being 199 before Thanksgiving (my planned cheat day). It’s going to be so great!
232.9 lb Lost so far: 17.3 lb.    Still to go: 97.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why would exercising make you gain weight?

Gaining muscle... it’s always been a trend for me to gain after exercising. But I think I’m with the right program this time.
