Great day! Ate well and I even went out for supper. I had a meeting at Perkins and I amnaged to have a very healthy meal. It was one of their new salads and it was awesome. It had a lot of calories about 650 but it was the onky thing I had so it was pretty good for a meal. Let's keep it rolling. Only five pounds to go.
