Slowly but surely. That "perfect cookie" thing I ate yesterday ended up being a middle of the night nightmare. High fiber, high protein, gluten free, vegan, all the right labels. Given that it didn't even taste amazing, I'll save my money for real cookies. Weight is going back to normal slowly. I have chicken in the fridge for cooking this evening. I didn't do a full grocery run this week as there's still food left from last and I'll make it work.

I didn't walk or swim yesterday, but spent the entire day cleaning the house, working at the condo moving an AC unit, etc. I hate that it doesn't count as exercise when I'm sweating and breathing hard. Still burns calories, so good enough.

I'm working my way back to eating normally this week. Good ol' chicken and salad. Just not as much. Smaller frequent meals. I am looking forward to kale salad mix in my lunch. Strange what you can get used to eating.

I'm going to schedule a late lunch today and will swim for sure. I had a great swim on Saturday. I can feel my left arm finally beginning to keep up with the right for the entire duration. Thinking about buying the dolphin fin (mono fin) for my kicks. Need to read more reviews to see if it's really worth it. All about increasing resistance in the water to get the most bang for the time I get in the pool. Edit: that's a big ol' nope. Too expensive, too few reviews.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
