the weather's been hot, too hot to walk. my dog and I are in most of the time. Today, finally, it's not as bad. Better get out before the rain that's been predicted. I go for 1/3 mile, with the dog, who's 11.maybe a little more.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
