How my weight got decreased mind wandering delusional only watching movies late night sleepy at 5 am or 4 am .Don't care about anything .no carers nothing only having scares food only 105 gm total for lunch dinner and beet carrot as salad and bit breakfast some stuffs lie round ball stuff made of flour or what and that its may be 1500 calories it may be or less so weight decreased.Also cycling bit .
Also tired whole day confined to bed. Loo sign muscle mass seems .or what .that maximum loss i occurred was 71.9 in 2019 and i this time 71.2 that means 3 and half years it took to reach 71.2 kg It was fluctuation between 72-74 whole year .
From 81 kg in March 2017 to now 71.2 km can't believe i was 10 kg heavier .Also can't believe i was 61.3 kg in April 2014 that lowest so difference is 20 kg that is the difference.Being underweight and overweight .Unbelievable thinking about it now i was so anorexic that time .Now also same thing can't eat food.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
