Weighing in after being on holidays for a month. Last weigh in June 20th. I've gained 3.5 pounds. To be honest I thought it would be worse. I'm glad I'm not eating out everyday, but it's hard getting back on track. I've bought a bunch of vegetables on the weekend. I've been craving salads. Let's see how the week goes.
