Need to try to start adding exercise more into the daily routine again.
I started doing protein shakes in the morning most mornings for a couple weeks to see if that helps to jump start getting this weigh off.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
