Started getting back on track with diet. Will work harder on that after NY's. Then gradually get the exercising back on track. Then this time next year plan to be at least 20 lbs. lighter.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 1.1 lb a week
